HOUSTON, Texas - Reliant Park and the University of Houston are reaching out to the victims of Hurricane Katrina by offering those who are staying with us in the Houston area during this time of concern from Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama tickets to the University of Houston versus the University of Oregon collegiate football game. The game will take place on September 1st in Reliant Stadium; kickoff will be at 6:00 PM CDT.

Many of the Hurricane Katrina victims are stranded here in the Houston area. In realizing devastation that a hurricane of this magnitude causes, Reliant Park and U of H want to offer them a chance to relax and have fun in the midst of this tragedy. Both entities want to aid the families affected by this force of nature by letting them enjoy a time of football and hopefully, take their minds off of the effects of Hurricane Katrina.

Tickets will be distributed at NO COST to these guests and may be picked up at the Reliant Stadium South Ticket Windows on September 1st, the day of the event, after 4:00 PM. Those guests who present a valid driver's license from the states of Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama will be able to receive this offer. The number of tickets will be limited to eight per person.

Free parking will also be available to our guests from Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama by taking their paid parking receipt to the Reliant Stadium South Ticket Windows for a full refund as they receive their complimentary game tickets.
